What is the process?

Initial Meeting: 

• We come to you in person and get to know the space 

• We take detailed measurements to ensure all layouts are to scale

• We discuss the different desires and goals you have for this space 

First Design Drafts:

• We go to the drawing board focusing first on layout and come up with three different options for the space

• We provide you with renderings of the three different layout options

Feedback to Final Layout Draft:

• You give us feedback on the three different layout options

• We take your feedback and send additional layout renderings until we reach a final layout

Meetings for Finishes

• Once a final layout is achieved we will meet in both the home, and at supplier show rooms

• We will examine and discuss the different finish options for every single product that goes into the project. Examples such as appliances, flooring, cabinetry, lighting etc…

Final Documents

• We will add the product finish selections to your final project rendering

• We will provide a detailed list of all product finishes selected, brand name, model #, color, quantity etc…

• We will provide a projected cost estimate based on your final selections
